The restaurant has breathtaking views, and the food was thoughtfully put together with even fussy diners in mind. We couldn’t fault the service either. The staff were well trained, helpful, and courteous, with the easy grace you associate with Balinese hospitality. The private villas are immaculate and spacious, and the gardens are beautifully landscaped. A stunning place, Balinese elegance at its best. Highly recommended.

Dinner was a highlight, especially the vegetarian à la carte meal, which was delicious, full of flavour, and carefully prepared. The chef and restaurant team were accommodating and made it a lovely experience. We also felt welcome throughout, thanks to the cleanliness and attention to detail. The setting at Pita Maha Resort, Ubud is gorgeous, with peaceful jungle and river views, and the property is beautifully maintained. Hospitality was warm and professional everywhere, from reception and management to the drivers, housekeeping, restaurant staff, and chef. Nila, Vidya, Kama, Sanmika, and many others treated us like family. A wonderful stay, highly recommended for relaxing, good food, and outstanding staff.

We booked the intimate temple dinner for our 30th wedding anniversary at Pita Maha Resort & Spa, but rain meant we couldn’t use that location. The team closed off the lounge for us instead and made dinner romantic and memorable. Our Garden Villa had a private plunge pool, and the facilities and staff were amazing. Everyone went out of their way to make the stay special, while staying friendly and professional. There are lots of stairs, around 60 from our villa to reception. We managed them each day despite not being fit and both having dodgy knees, though some days were harder than others. We’d highly recommend the resort to anyone wanting a special stay and lasting memories.

Our four nights at Pita Maha Resort, Ubud were wonderful. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautiful, and the staff were friendly throughout. In the mornings, whenever I asked for lemon water, the waiters brought it with a smile. Even during heavy rain, staff carried our luggage under umbrellas from the room to reception, which really touched us. The reception team were so kind, efficient, and welcoming that I’d give them 7 stars. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. We also received a complimentary one-night upgrade to a Pool Villa, and the manager personally checked that we were comfortable. At checkout, they gave us a small souvenir, another thoughtful gesture. My only small suggestion is to improve breakfast with fresher items, more vegetarian choices, and more freshly cooked food. We’re very happy with our stay and would gladly return. It’s a beautiful property with exceptional service, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud.
