I was here for five days while taking a course nearby in Denpasar. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and quick to respond. When the TV gave us trouble, they replaced it with a working one in under an hour 👍. The hotel is older and showing some wear, so it could use an update, but it's good for the price.

Parking is often close to full, though security kindly guided us when we needed a spot. The buffet was standard, with plenty of choices. Check-in was easy, and a staff member was very helpful, though I can't remember his name. This is my usual place in Denpasar because there are lots of good places to eat nearby and an indomaret close by. I did feel that local guests were treated differently from foreigners, and I hope staff will be more polite to local guests.

What stood out most was how carefully the room was kept. Each time we came back, the sheets were fresh and everything was neatly arranged without us having to ask. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety and was delicious, and staff regularly checked whether we needed anything. Everyone was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We had a wonderful stay at Quest Hotel Denpasar and would happily return. Thank you for making our Bali trip more memorable.

We spent two nights in a suite for our wedding and had such a lovely stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great bed. The food was excellent, especially breakfast and room service, and the AC was icy cold. Maker looked after us at reception and made sure we had what we needed. The hotel staff were all friendly and accommodating. We'll be back. Terima kasih 🙏🏼

The room was really spacious, and I enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Everyone I met, from reception to housekeeping and the restaurant staff, was friendly and welcoming. I had a great stay. Thank you so much, and I highly recommend Quest San Denpasar to travellers 🥰🙏.
