The room wasn’t clean, and there were no workers to tidy it. The price is very expensive, and the receptionist wasn’t a good person.

The location worked really well for us. A 24-hour Alfamart is less than a 10-minute walk away, and during opening hours there’s a local stall across from the venue selling traditional fast food and phone credits. The main road in South Jakarta is also close, with shopping, business, and food options all less than 15 minutes away on foot. The room had useful little touches, especially for a longer stay. The wardrobe fit well, and the basin’s headlight and small mirror worked for washing up, shaving, light laundry, and keeping simple cutlery or Tupperware. There was a shoe keeper to save space and help keep things clean, plus a fold-out table for eating or working. Hot water was available all the time. A few details could be explained more clearly. All rooms have double beds, but some have windows and others don’t. The rooms with windows are on the second or third floor, or on the first floor, like ours. Ours faced the entrance and parking area, so we weren’t sure we could have sunshine without people passing by. There’s a neighborhood gate on the road facing Radio Dalam road. It closes at 10 pm and opens again around 5 am. Since there’s no guard post, arriving by vehicle during those hours may mean parking on the main road and walking in, or finding another route from a different main road. The front desk seemed to operate until around 00.00 am when I arrived at 9.55 pm, but I couldn’t find anyone there during my morning walks between 5.00 and 7.00 am. It would also help to put the Wi-Fi password in the room, perhaps on the information sheet with the rules and repair fees for broken things.

The room was cozy enough, but the old AC didn’t circulate fresh air well. It took quite a while for the room to feel fresh.

Wouldn’t recommend it.
