The only good parts were the friendly staff and clean pool. The room itself was in rough shape, with peeling paint and dirty walls. Towels had been washed but still weren’t clean, and I had to keep asking for toilet paper. Hair left in the drain from the previous guest kept clogging the shower and flooding it. The toilet made strange noises, so I had to turn it off every night, and the air conditioning barely worked. There was no bottled water for brushing our teeth, and staff kept switching off the Wi-Fi even though it was advertised as free. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Jl Legian and the beach are only a few meters away, with mini marts nearby, same-day laundry, and a warung nasi for cheaper meals. For a long Bali stay when you mainly want to head out and explore, this place works well and helps you save. The room is large, the AC is fine, and there’s a fridge and a TV I could use with my PS4. It’s a comfortable spot to sleep and rest. The pool isn’t huge, but it’s nice for an afternoon dip or a beer by the water, and they clean it regularly.

The rooms are huge and tidy, and the location puts you close to everything while still feeling quiet. The staff were lovely and helpful. I’d definitely stay again.

We stayed for 28 days. The staff were good and, for 9 OOO OOO, we thought it was fair value, but the place needs an upgrade. The water service was repaired, yet it still banged all night in room 3. The fridge seals need fixing too, since it runs all night. The air conditioning in room1 was fixed, and the bathroom floor still needs a proper scrub to get rid of soap and dirt.
