Ramada Encore by Wyndham Seminyak Bali

I was only there for two nights, but the relaxing, laid-back atmosphere made the stay feel easy. The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were great, and the food was fantastic. The staff were so welcoming and polite, especially Amanda and the rest of the team. It worked perfectly for a short work trip. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone after a true Bali experience.

Amanda deserves a special mention. She was kind, professional, and consistently helpful, with a positive attitude and real attention to detail. She represents the hotel so well and made an already enjoyable visit even better. The place was clean, comfortable, and well organized, with a welcoming, relaxing feel. I had a great stay, and everything was better than I expected.

The whole team was friendly and helpful, and the hotel felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Ratna was especially kind and professional, always ready to help with a warm smile. The hotel is a little far from the beach, but it provides a shuttle twice a day, which is handy. My room was comfortable, and the food was good. The service was excellent, too. Thank you to Dian, who was friendly, kind, and very professional.
