Sanur Agung Hotel

The room was in poor shape: the towels smelled old, none of the outlets worked, there was no kettle, the bathroom stank and had no hand jet, and the AC barely worked. The pool was also chaotic, with kids making a lot of noise and no one keeping it under control. At reception, the two women were hard to approach and offered no help, repeating “NO” to everything. This was the worst hotel I stayed in in Bali, and choosing it was a bad decision. I can't recommend it.

The location is a plus, close to food and the port. But the towel smelled foul, and when I asked for a replacement they brought the same one back and said they wouldn't change it. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in.

The bathroom drain smelled awful, and the room itself had a moldy smell. The sheets were stained and dusty, so I didn't want to look any closer. The room seemed poorly cared for too, with worn sheets and dirty walls and floors. The lamps were far too bright for a room and strained my eyes.

Even though I was traveling alone, I got a room with two queen beds, which was really nice. The hotel also has a big pool. My only issue was how dark the room was.
