Yans House Hotel Bali

Getting around from here was easy, and the location made it simple to enjoy nearby attractions. I had an amazing stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and the staff were attentive, polite, and always ready to help. Everything exceeded what I expected. I’d happily recommend the hotel and hope to come back.

There’s mold and water damage throughout the ground floor, and I can only imagine it’s a wider problem. Don’t stay here if you care about sleeping well or your health. We were told someone would be on site around the clock for our early flight checkout. At 1:00 a.m., after a clanging noise kept happening every 15 seconds and we couldn’t sleep, I went to the front desk because nobody had answered the phone for five minutes. There was no one there, so we’re heading to another hotel. We’d already moved rooms once because we smelled a strong mold odor. After the AC had been running with the window open for about 15 minutes, it came back in the new room. When I explained that a pregnant woman shouldn’t be in a moldy room and asked for a swap, the front desk guy kept playing a game on his phone and rolled his eyes. Don’t be fooled by the other reviews.

A handy spot before a flight, less than 10 minutes from the airport, with free parking if you’re driving. It’s right in the center of Kuta’s main street, close to plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, and convenience stores.

I paid about $25 per night booking through Traveloka at Yan, and the breakfast was delicious for the price. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. It’s a great place in Bali, close to Kuta Beach and the airport. I’d stay at Yan's House again if I return to Bali.
