There were lots of places to eat nearby, and souvenir shops were close for picking up local gifts. The hotel is easy to reach and conveniently near the airport, which worked well for us as travelers. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of choices. Staff welcomed us warmly when we arrived and were friendly throughout the stay. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable. We had a very pleasant time here and highly recommend the hotel for its convenient location, good service, and tasty breakfast.

The birthday surprise at checkout was such a kind gesture. As I was leaving on my birthday, around six staff members came to the lobby singing “Happy Birthday” and surprised me with a little cake. It caught me off guard in the best way and left me smiling. The staff were caring and attentive during our stay, and the spa service was wonderful. Breakfast was the highlight, with an excellent range of delicious choices. We picked Sovereign Hotel Bali because we needed to be near the airport, and the location was very convenient for a short transit stay. There isn’t much to do nearby, though. The hotel itself is quite old. Our room was generally clean but clearly needs proper maintenance, not just cleaning. The kindness of the staff and the outstanding breakfast made the stay memorable despite the updates the property needs.

The rooftop pool is a big plus if you like watching planes. I also appreciated the fast WiFi and welcome drink. The room was surprisingly spacious, and the bathroom shower was excellent. Breakfast was good too. We needed an affordable place near the airport for an extra night in Bali that we hadn’t planned, and Sovereign fit perfectly for a transit stay. Check-in was efficient. Just be aware there’s a 300k IDR security deposit on arrival. It’s not really a romantic or luxury destination, but it’s a reliable option for one night.

The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful, and the service was excellent. We had a great stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food was fresh, delicious, and offered a good variety. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and quite nice, and the staff were helpful and friendly. My only real discomfort was the shower, which was built into the bathtub. It wasn’t very comfortable, especially for taller people. Otherwise, it was alright for a reasonable price.
