The location is excellent, right in the heart of Ubud with easy access to major attractions, markets, and cultural spots. The resort is also good value, and what really defines it is the staff. Everyone was cheerful, kind, and welcoming, and their helpfulness made me feel valued throughout my stay. The service compares easily with top-tier 5-star hotels, which I honestly hadn’t expected. My room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with what I needed to relax after exploring. It wasn’t ultra-luxurious, but it was well maintained. The food was decent, though it lacked the richness and flavour I’d hoped for, especially given the resort’s otherwise high standards. The outstanding hospitality more than made up for that. I’d recommend this resort to anyone visiting Ubud who values friendly service and a convenient location.

Meia at reception was especially lovely and helpful. I was feeling a bit homesick, but she made me feel welcome and less alone. Love ya, Meia! The Evitel resort was beautiful, and I had a wonderful stay on my first trip to Ubud. I’ll definitely be back. I highly recommend this hotel!!! Xxx

The staff welcomed us so warmly and were always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with a smile. Our room was comfortable and clean, and its lovely decor and atmosphere made the stay feel even more special. We also really enjoyed the peaceful resort grounds and relaxing pool. Evitel Resort Bali was beautiful and such a good fit for our honeymoon. Thank you for the wonderful memories. We’d love to return someday, and highly recommend it to couples looking for a romantic getaway.

A good base if you’ll be out exploring all day and mainly need somewhere comfortable to sleep. My room didn’t have a balcony, but that didn’t bother me. Breakfast was a highlight, and thanks to Nurma, everything was delicious. Housekeeping kept the place spotless. Maiya at the front desk was so welcoming. She greeted everyone warmly, and guests even came over just to chat with her. Her friendly energy really made a difference.

The hotel is in a prime spot, with a local market and restaurants right outside. The rooms are really nice and have balconies, and the staff are helpful and humble. Great atmosphere and service. 10/10, recommended.
