The hotel is situated in Seminyak on the northern boundaries of Kuta in an area widely known for its large expatriate community but without Kuta's tourist atmosphere. Bali's most popular restaurants, shops and beaches are a short walk away. It is 15 minutes' walk to Ku De Ta's restaurants and beaches. Ngurah Rai International Airport is about 15 km away.
The well-appointed design concept allows both families and business people to enjoy wide, open-plan living with all the comforts of a modern home while still being captivated by Bali's timeless traditions in a luxury private villa. There are a total of 6 rooms and 4 villas at this finca. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour check-out service. Further facilities include air conditioning, a hotel safe, currency exchange, TV lounge, breakfast/dining room, wireless Internet access, room service and a car park. For additional fees, a laundry service and bicycle hire are also available.
The private entrances to each villa open onto lush landscaped lawns and colourful gardens that surround guests' own large swimming pool with lounge chairs, creating an environment of comfort and relaxation in a secure, private and completely discrete setting. All of the villas come with an en suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Double or king-size beds are available. Further in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio, hifi, Internet access, a safe, minibar, ironing set, individually regulated air conditioning and a balcony or terrace. All villas also feature a kitchen with a fridge, cooker, microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities.
The in-villa massage service incurs an additional charge as do the yoga classes. Guests are invited to take a dip in the pool which also has sun loungers.
The aparthotel offers bed and breakfast. The restaurant also serves a set menu lunch.

The location was good, with plenty of better villas nearby, but the place we stayed in was very old and dismal. There was no spot to plug in our devices, no hangers, and not even a soap dish. My single bed was smallish and wobbly, rocking whenever I turned over. The kitchen was dark and scary, and the water dispenser spout was brown and gross, so we bought bottled water ourselves. My friend paid for the villa and was shocked when we arrived. It was her first trip to Bali, and the villa wasn’t what she expected. Don’t book unless you’re getting the newly renovated villa.

We had a lovely stay in Villa Eight, in both the Royal Villa and the super deluxe villas. Linda and the Villa team were fantastic. We’re looking forward to coming back.

We also had four more people in the two-bedroom deluxe villa right next door, which was super handy for a big group. The Royal Villa had plenty of room for our 17 people, nine adults and eight kids. The kids loved playing footy in the yard, and the pool was a good size. Staff were very helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. Dina & Linda even arranged a chef at short notice one night to make Babi guling. A few rooms looked a little tired, and we could have used more towels, but the beds were comfortable and everything worked. It’s a good villa in a great location, within walking distance of excellent restaurants. We’d stay again.

Linda deserves a special thank you. She looked after us so well and responded quickly to whatever we needed. We could arrange food, beer, currency, and bikes through her without any hassle, at prices about the same as going out to get them ourselves. She also booked tours and vehicles, sometimes for less than the online rates. There were 20 of us friends catching up after a long time, and Villa 8 was perfect. We booked the 6br royal, 2br deluxe, and 2br super deluxe villas, and spent most of our time in the huge 6br villa. The pool was clean and nice, the rooms were comfortable and properly sized, and the aircon worked reliably. Rooms and beds were thoroughly cleaned each day. I found it cozy and comfortable, not dated. Our trip was a great success thanks to Linda. We had an amazing time and hope we get the chance to stay there again.

We loved how relaxing Villa 8 was, especially the outdoor shower. The staff were all incredibly nice. Ketut, Ilu & Ilu, I hope I spelled your names right, made us breakfast each morning and kept the villa clean. Thanks too to the groundskeepers, whose names I never got, for tidying the yard and pool every day. We can’t wait to come back, and I’m sure it won’t be long. Thanks again to everyone at Villa 8!
