Villa Samuan

The staff made this stay feel special, with a welcome drink, daily tips for exploring Bali, tasty meals, and help arranging personalized excursions. Service was a real highlight. Villa Samuan is in the heart of Seminyak, close to restaurants, boutiques, and the beach, but the grounds still feel quiet and private. The design mixes traditional Balinese style with modern comforts, and the collected artwork and sculptures add a lot of character. Rooms are spacious, well kept, and furnished with handmade pieces. The gardens and pools are lovely places to spend time, whether lounging or eating outside under the stars. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the peaceful atmosphere and all the thoughtful details. It’s a luxurious, comfortable retreat with plenty of privacy. I’d happily recommend it and would love to come back.

The villa and its surroundings were amazing, the place was spotless, the food was outstanding, and the staff were exceptional. Nights were almost completely silent, apart from an occasional storm. Hard to ask for more.

We first stayed at Villa Samuan a few years ago for my mum’s 50th, then came back this year for a girls’ trip. It was just as fabulous this time. The villa is stunning and in a great spot, a short walk from Seminyak’s Main Street, shops, restaurants, and the beach. Getting transport was easy too. The team are wonderful and will go out of their way to make your stay feel just right. You can rent either Villa on its own or book the whole complex for a bigger group, which makes it suitable for couples, families, or friends. We’ll definitely be back!

The garden and interiors are beautiful, with lovely decor. Even though the street is quiet, nightlife and restaurants are only a few minutes away on foot. We highly recommend the caring staff and their delicious food.
