The rooms felt cramped and had an unpleasant smell from the humidity. The restaurant was mediocre at best, with long waits, and breakfast was one of my worst hotel experiences. It was too small for the number of guests, so dozens of people kept wandering around looking for a free table. On busy days, the staff and setup, including the number of plates and servings, couldn’t keep up. There are some great things around the hotel: the mall and nearby facilities have bowling, indoor playgrounds, a movie theater, and good food. Families can use the water park whenever they want, and the gym in the mall is included in the hotel package. The gym is phenomenal and even has a sauna.

The room is clean and nice, and I love its view. Thanks for giving me room 1005 again on my second visit. My last stay was in 2022. The shower could use some fixing. The water pressure is weak, and the heater is mostly not hot, though sometimes it is.

Breakfast tasted good, at least. The AC wasn’t cold, and the bathroom smelled really bad, as if there might be a leak or something. I also wouldn’t suggest this place for a quiet staycation because the noise from Aquaboom outside was really loud.

Getting to the mall is easy, and it’s near a bus stop and not far from the airport. The hotel has a superb location and a great view. I liked the delicious breakfast and cozy meeting room, and the bedroom was spacious. The shower had great pressure and temperature too.

The room could use a bit more sound insulation because outside noise still comes through. Apart from that, everything was excellent. The hotel is near the mall and waterboom, and staying there gets two free waterboom passes, which is perfect for a family holiday or staycation. Breakfast was good, with plenty of food and drinks to choose from. 👍
