I worked at an office here between 2013-2015. The building's emergency team held only 1 fire drill while I was there, even though tenants aren't always required to provide emergency response functions in addition to those provided by the building owner.
Several companies were already unhappy with the management service at Graha Bintang, a 5th-floor office building. The lift facilities and the rules for operating the lifts were awful.
The wedding venue inside was okay enough, but I was shocked by how dirty the front area looked when I arrived for the ceremony.
If you need to order a large quantity of beer drums, this is the place. The brand is Bintang, though you'll have to wait for the formal documents.
Graha Bintang also has a really good Kantin. Food is cheap, and it's among the best in East Balikpapan.
