The lobby has a grand look, the room was spacious, and the staff were friendly. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant a couple of nights, and both the food and service were very good. I spent a week here after a week at another hotel, and had a wonderful stay. This hotel is quite exceptional.

The city and sea views from our spacious room were lovely, and my family enjoyed the classic decor and the scent of the wooden floor. Mr. Hadriyanto and his teams were especially helpful and prompt. We had a fantastic staycation at this legendary place. Great service all around. Old but Gold

The staff are the reason this older property still feels like a five-star stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction stood out, and the hospitality felt world-class, even by the standards of experienced luxury travelers. Special thanks to the team for looking after us so well. The building shows its age and could use maintenance updates, but the comfortable beds and high-standard breakfast were strong parts of the experience. The service, comfort, and dining made the price feel justified, and the value for money was particularly good. Gran Senyiur Hotel shows how passionate, professional staff can deliver an experience that competes with global luxury standards, even when the facilities have some physical imperfections. For genuine hospitality at reasonable rates, it fully deserves its five-star rating.

The rooms are huge and meet five-star hotel standards, and the service does too. The location is a bit lacking, though the service makes up for that. Breakfast is amazing. The pool could do with a refresh to make the hotel feel younger.
