Good value, and the room and bathroom were clean with a comfortable bed. It’s a small hotel in a central Ubud spot, close to attractions and plenty of good food. There’s an affordable coffee shop and a mini mart right across from the hotel. The staff were so friendly, better than I expected, and the room had Wi-Fi. They’d made a swan out of the towel, which was a nice touch. The TV signal was poor, and shampoo wasn’t included, though there was toothpaste, soap and toilet paper. Cozy, clean, cheap, and I’d recommend it.

We had to move out of our nearby hotel for a couple of nights because it was fully booked, so we stayed at Sura Inn instead. The location was handy, within walking distance of the center and lots of excellent restaurants. It was clean, with decent Wi-Fi for Ubud and a decent breakfast included. Our room, though, felt dark and musty.

The receptionist was genuinely friendly and helpful, and I really liked the windows and all the natural light. The room was good for a short visit, and the price was affordable. You can walk to Ubud monkey forest from here.

I spent my days out exploring, and it was always nice coming back to my room. Sura Inn is a neat, clean place that works well on a budget, with staff who really seem to care about giving you a good stay. Their cafe also makes an awesome latte every time. Thanks, Sura Inn.

The Wi-Fi was super fast, and the air conditioning worked totally fine. I can’t relate to the complaints in other reviews about it. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were nice, though there are no dark curtains. It gets a bit noisy because it’s right on the main road, but that was expected. I stayed for two nights.
