A guest house for a low budget.

When I stayed in the main building, I got comfortable, clean rooms on the second or third floor, and used to come back regularly. The room beside it in the old building was a different story. The pillows smelled, and there were lots of cockroaches at the front.

The owner is the best. The rooms are good and don't feel cheap despite the low nightly price. There's guarded parking for cars and motorcycles, and you can rent a motorcycle too.
