The food and dining atmosphere at the restaurant were both enjoyable, and breakfast was satisfying. The staff there were attentive, though I'd have liked more pastries and a broader choice of fresh juices instead of syrup-based drinks. Kak Intan at reception deserves special thanks. She was professional and friendly, and made both check-in and check-out easy. Everyone I met was polite, warm, and quick to help. My room was comfortable, and the welcoming service made for a wonderful stay at Quest Hotel Balikpapan. The team clearly cares about guests, and I'd recommend it.

The room was comfortable enough for the price, though nothing fancy, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was fine, nothing memorable, and some facilities weren't available while I was there. At that affordable rate, I can't complain much. Thanks too to Mbak Dewi, Salsa, and Mas Adi for the complimentary jajan!

Alhamdulillah MaSyaa Allah Tabarakallah, my wife and I were traveling with the JB Travel group and stayed at Quest Hotel Balikpapan Indonesia from 07 to 11 Feb 2026. Breakfast was excellent, with very good food and drinks. The hotel is really close to Pencity Shopping Mall, and we could just walk there. The place itself was lovely, clean, peaceful, beautiful, and awesome ❤️.
