The first payment got me nowhere. I booked through the reddoorz tiket.com app and paid by bank transfer in installments, but at the hotel the name had changed to Hotel O. The receptionist said they hadn't worked with Reddoorz for a long time. I asked why the listing was still active, but the receptionist didn't give me a clear answer. They couldn't return the money I'd transferred, so since it was already midnight, I booked again and paid a second time. That meant paying twice. I've booked hotels through apps many times without trouble, in Bandung, Jakarta, Palembang, and Jambi, but this disappointing experience was the first one for me, and it happened in Banda Aceh. In the end, I let go of the money I'd already paid.
