The staff were not helpful at all. One of them even yelled, “Why are you upset? Just pay for the room if u wanna stay here.” When I asked for the manager, I was told someone had fraudulently put the hotel on Agoda. That explanation didn't make sense to me. It felt like they simply hadn't updated the contract and didn't care about the customer. I'd booked and fully paid for two nights through Agoda, but when we arrived close to midnight, they said they had no contract with Agoda and wanted almost three times the original price. They did nothing to help. Agoda told me they had been working with the hotel but hadn't received updated information that the contract was ending. Luckily, Agoda was helpful: they refunded me and credited 10% of what I'd paid to my Agoda cash account. For the price they asked, I don't think the hotel was worth it. You can find places that are more affordable and better quality.

It was newly opened when I stayed. The city center is nearby, and it's easy to find food around the area.

A handy spot, close to Banda Aceh's main hospital as well as coffee shops, markets, and banks.
