Capital O 459 Kuraya Residence

The sewer smell in room 115 was extremely strong and really annoying, like petai, jengkol, and urine all mixed together. The developer needs to fix it. I’m posting this in hopes of a better future for kuraya. We also weren’t given anything complimentary despite staying for three days. Very disappointing for a middle-class hotel.

My family and kids enjoyed our first stay at Kuraya Residence. The pool is kid-friendly, and the service was great. Our room and bathroom were clean, and we had a balcony. I liked staying here and would choose Kuraya Residence first next time I’m in lampung on holiday. Thank you.

We had a family suite and it was really nice to stay in. The food was delicious, though there was only one option, which is what you’d expect from a 2-star hotel. With the facilities it has now, I think Kuraya could make a case for 3 stars. Housekeeping does need improvement, though. Still, it was a nice experience. Thanks, Kuraya.

The pool isn’t large, but it’s nice, and from the second floor you can see panjang port. The hotel has a resort-like feel and a good location. I’d like to stay here again.
