Fortune House by RedDoorz

The early check-in fee was Rp. 15,000 per hour, and the problem for us was how it was explained, not the amount. We had booked three rooms and, after a long journey, asked more than once if we could check in early. Only one room was allowed, even though the rooms were empty and ready. A few minutes after we went in, a staff member knocked in an unfriendly way and gave us unclear information, repeating it without making things clearer. We were exhausted, and our family got upset. The fee only came up after more questions. If they had explained it before letting us into the room, the stay would have gone much better. There was also still trash in the storage area, including straws, masks, and other things, and the staff were not very communicative. You get what you pay for, with a few buts. Thanks for the experience. I hope the service improves.

My friend and I stayed at Fortune, and it was really comfortable. The facilities were great, with a hot shower and a toilet that flushed properly. The AC was very cold too.

There’s hot water and a big wardrobe, plus a TV. The place felt clean and comfortable, and the AC was nice and cold.

The parking area doesn’t feel very secure since there’s no fence, and the sheets could be cleaner.
