I won't be coming back. The rooms weren't clean, smelled strongly of smoke, and looked about 50% less nice than the pictures. The shower water was nearly cold because of the hotel's policy. Breakfast was disappointing too, despite the claims that it was very good, and the service was terrible.

The room was spacious, the staff were helpful, and the hotel is right in the city center. Breakfast was the standout: everything was cooked fresh each day, with no leftovers served, unlike at other hotels I've stayed in. Honestly, I couldn't find anything to complain about. I'd recommend it to friends visiting lampung, and it'll be my go-to whenever I visit lampung again.

The service was great and the location is really good, but the room card was such a hassle. I had to get it renewed at reception about four times in one day. Then, very early on Sunday morning, some concert suddenly started and woke people up 🤯🤯.

The breakfast was pretty good, with enough choice for everyone. My room was decent and clean, though the design felt dated and the amenities were lacking. The hotel also had a dark, dirty feel. Just an average three-star place.
