Penida Sunset Ocean View Bungalows

That sunset over the ocean from the pool was a highlight, and the pool itself was lovely. The cottages felt cozy, the food was great, and service was impeccable. Staff were courteous, and bike rentals were affordable. Breakfast came with a complimentary smoothie bowl, which was 😋. I'd definitely recommend this place on Nusa Penida.

We loved the calm, green setting and spent a lot of time just relaxing there. The tuna steak was very good, and breakfast was enjoyable, especially being able to choose what and how much to order. Reception helped with everything, from arranging trips to laundry and having masseuses come by twice. One especially lovely memory was when Putu took us to a traditional celebration in his village. Thanks for such a great stay!

The pool area had a beautiful view and was a nice place to unwind. There are only 8 rooms, and the hotel is small. Our room was clean and comfortable enough, though pretty compact. We did have ants and other insects inside, and at night there were strange noises that made it uncomfortable. The smoothie bowls were a real treat, but the rest of the food was average, and there weren't many places to eat nearby. Crystal Beach is a short walk away; otherwise, there isn't much close by. You can rent a two-wheeler for 500 INR per day to get around. The staff were okay, though we hoped for more help with our baby's needs. If you need a spacious room, this one may feel small.

The sunset from the hotel was lovely, and Crystal bay is nearby. I really enjoyed staying here. The rooms have some bamboo construction, which made them feel unique, and I especially liked the smoothie at breakfast. With just 8 rooms, the small property offers more personal hospitality. One thing to keep in mind is that it isn't enclosed, so stepping outside your room at night may feel uncomfortable.
