The service was very poor, and nobody offered a solution or helped at all. The place was dirty and neglected, with a smelly, damp room, unchanged dirty sheets, and lights that were out. It looked nothing like the photos. Calling it a hotel doesn't fit the standard of hospitality here; it felt more like a boarding house.

Room 205 at Kanajiwa Guesthouse Jl.m Rom Teluk Betung was noisy, with lots of people staying up late, and there were many ants around the room. The bathroom light was out, the toilet seat cover where the water tap button is was missing because of a leak, and there were no hangers in the bathroom. The bathroom handle was broken and full of holes. There was no window grill, and the curtain was attached straight to the wall with no upper support rod.

I was there for three days, and the water went off every morning, which made showering and using the toilet hard. The room also smelled a little when I first walked in, and it had lots of mosquitoes.

I've been staying here regularly ever since I first moved in, though I can't remember which month that was. The employees are really friendly, and that makes the place feel comfortable. Please keep the same staff 🥰🥰
