The city location was good, but cleanliness was so poor that I moved to another hotel right away. The room had a musty smell, the bathroom was dirty, and the sheets and blankets had lots of stains. Honestly, everything else felt like a minus.

Such a letdown. The room was dirty and smelled bad, with cockroaches all over. No one told us the room was damaged.

We asked for another room because the first one was filthy, but the replacement was just as bad. The sheets hadn't been changed, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, and dirt marks were all over. There was trash scattered along the way up to the room, too. Housekeeping even asked us for money before they had entered the room. I'd give a negative rating if I could. Really disappointing.

For a low price, I was very satisfied and think it suits people looking for a budget stay. If you want more luxury, you could always pay more for somewhere like Grand Mercure or Novotel.
