The room was a bad deal. The AC barely worked, the roof leaked, and the place smelled of cigars and had mosquitoes everywhere. The door wouldn’t even shut properly. The OYO site advertised free WiFi, but apparently that was only for employees. There weren’t any room basics either, not even soap or a toothbrush. What a steal!!!
2/10
I had a bad experience with OYO properties. The staff were rude, and they charged IDR 50,000 more at check-in, saying the OYO price shown in the app wasn’t valid. I’d booked a smoking room and was given a non-smoking one.

I felt safe and comfortable staying at OYO Wisma. If I need a homestay in bandar lampung city again, I’d check in at OYO.
