The Front Office team made check-in and check-out easy, always welcoming and ready to help with a smile. Food and service from the Food & Beverage team were consistent, with good presentation, and Housekeeping kept everything clean and comfortable. I also want to recognize the General Manager. The smooth running of the hotel and the high standards across departments reflect their leadership and attention to guest satisfaction. Harris Hotel gave us a wonderful stay, with a strong team spirit throughout. I’d happily recommend it and hope to return. Truly an outstanding experience!

The gym was extraordinary, especially since it was Ade Ray Fitness Center. We stayed four nights in a family room with two bedrooms, a living room, a small kitchen and dining area, and a little terrace. It’s close to Grand Lucky, a big supermarket, but the surroundings stayed quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at Harris Hotel & Residence, and it suited a family vacation or a business trip.

Breakfast had a good range of food, and the quality was nice for the room rate. The room was clean, with strong air conditioning that was much appreciated in Bali’s heat. The bathroom was clean too, though water from the shower tends to splash toward the sink and leave the floor outside wet. We had a pleasant one-night stay at Harris Hotel Sunset Road, including complimentary breakfast. I’d consider coming back.

Our flight was cancelled and we were sent here, and I really hope nobody else has to go through the same stay. The towels were disgusting, the shower smelled like egg yolk, and the floors looked poorly cleaned. The beds felt rough and uncomfortable and had a strange smell. This place was genuine trash.

The airline made us stay at this hotel after our flight was cancelled. The staff were rude, treated us badly, or didn’t understand us. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Stay away.
