The bed, AC, and hot water were good, and the place itself was nice. But the bed cover, blankets, and towel were in very bad shape. The kitchen area and trash basket weren’t good either. Management should replace a lot of things and clear out the old items. The shower taps in room one need redoing. Thanks.

There’s a public balcony, and the AC is okay. The place is still decent, maybe a 7/10, but it needs some improvement. The staff are friendly and the stay was clean. The door is awkward and doesn’t feel secure when locked. The bathroom has a distinctive smell, and the water flow keeps changing, sometimes slow and sometimes loud. It takes a long time for the warm water to kick in.

Breakfast is included, and the shared kitchen upstairs has a gas stove, fridge, and sink, so you can cook and wash dishes. There’s also a free water dispenser for hot water to make tea or coffee. For the price and standard facilities, it’s a good deal. Bandung station is 1 km away, about a 15-minute walk.

The rooms are clean, and guests get free Wi-Fi and breakfast, plus free mineral water. There’s a water heater in the bathroom and a balcony on the third floor. The place is monitored by 24-hour CCTV. Parking fits just one car and a few motorcycles, and there’s no mosque. It’s on Ence Aziz street, where traffic is always jammed in the afternoon.
