Citarum Hotel

A tidy, cozy place to stay in a strategic location, with an affordable price. The hotelier was humble and polite.

I stayed for 2D1N with my husband and our 6-year-old daughter in a twin room. The bed was big enough for my husband and daughter, and there was comfortable space in the room. It's actually a connecting room with the one next door, which could be useful for anyone who needs that. The bathroom was clean. I liked that they use glass water bottles, which you can refill at the dispenser in the hallway. Parking is available for cars and motorcycles, though the motorcycle spaces could use an expansion for a better guest experience. There are family karaoke rooms for an additional charge. On the fourth floor, the restaurant has a mountain view when the sky is clear, and the swimming pool is next to it. There's also a coffee shop on the mezzanine above the main lobby, plus a convenience store open until after midnight right beside the salon and spa. We had a good stay. Keep up the good work.

The location was perfect for getting to lots of culinary spots. We stayed with family for 2D1N, and the hotel was clean. There wasn't a king-size bed available at the time, so we booked two rooms with twin beds instead. The twin beds were quite big. Loved it, and we'll definitely come back. Please keep the quality up.

It's a small, cozy hotel, and I'd definitely return. The surroundings have a great atmosphere, with lots of parks and plenty of local treats around them. The buffet breakfast wasn't fancy, but it was tasty and met my standards. There was a good range of food at an affordable price.
