The staff were helpful, but there’s only so much they could do after years without proper maintenance or cleaning. We checked 4 different rooms to find one that didn’t smell like smoke. The sheets were so dirty we asked for replacements, and the ones they brought had fewer stains, but still weren’t clean. The rooms are outdated, dirty, and smelly. They took some great room photos a few years ago and still seem to be relying on those old pictures. Don’t expect the place to look like it does online. I’d recommend staying somewhere else.

The room wasn’t too bad, but the bathroom needs an upgrade and the door needs fixing. There were too many fleas on the chair. They bit my family, leaving us itchy and injured.

The breakfast was pathetic, the rooms weren’t clean, and the AC wasn’t good. The bed and pillows were very old and dirty. A really bad experience. Not recommended, and don’t be fooled by the positive reviews.

I booked 3 nights but stayed only one. The room was too smelly and dirty, and didn’t match what was shown on the website or app. They asked for more money, and because it was late at night, I paid extra to find somewhere else to stay. I moved to another hotel on 10 February, but my booking still shows as in progress, and they haven’t returned my money. Don’t go, you’ll regret it.

The location’s easy to get to, and the room is cozy enough for a reasonable price. The service and breakfast are standard, and the Wi-Fi is good. A few other little things still need fixing to improve the service.
