For a cheap room for 3-4 people, we got one twin bed and one queen bed, plus plenty of space and a dining table. It felt a bit like a kos kosan lol, but the price made it worth it. The room was clean and spacious, though all the stairs make it inaccessible for wheelchair users. The staff were really nice. Our first room's AC wasn't cold, so we asked to switch rooms. There was no hot water for the shower, but that was okay.

Room 31 was just dirty, with lots of stains on the floor and walls, including the bathroom wall. The table was dusty, there was no soap or any other amenities, and no kettle or water. The air conditioner and TV didn't work, and the bathroom's hot water holder was broken. The lights and hot water were the only things in the room that worked. It also had a spooky atmosphere that's hard to describe. The one nice thing was the delicious, cheap bubur ayam pak ahmad from the street food stall across from the hotel, next to the petrol station. I wouldn't even call this place a hotel deserving of the "penginapan" class. We were lucky to stay only seven hours during the high season. Otherwise, it would've been a nightmare for the whole day. We moved to a hotel under kagum management afterward, and it felt 180 degrees different.
