The gym equipment was surprisingly complete for a hotel, and the place was comfortable, kid-friendly, with very kind staff. The only thing I'd change is the pool shower setup: there are just two shower rooms, and one of them is actually a toilet. Otherwise, my family had a really enjoyable experience.

The room was small, but the service felt super warm. Ms. veronica in the restaurant was very helpful, and breakfast was plentiful, varied, and delicious. The kids loved the pool, with its slides and water bucket, and the mini zoo too. It's easy to reach from the tol gate.

There are lots of facilities here, including a warm swimming pool, gym, playground, and saunas. The amenities were high quality, and the shower temperature stayed consistent. Staff were quick to clear empty plates at breakfast, and when we first arrived, someone helped with our luggage as soon as we got out of the car. The food was relatively expensive, with french fries at 80k, but I think it was worth it. One of the best hotels around.

We stayed in the king executive suites with balcony. The room was big and had a nice view, with all the standard amenities provided. There's a nice swimming pool and a hot pool too. My kids really liked the mini zoo. I'd recommend the hotel.

The mini zoo and kids' playground make this a fun choice for families, and the gym and beautiful swimming pool add plenty to do. Grand Sunshine Resort & Convention in Soreang, Bandung has spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a warm, relaxing atmosphere. Seems like a good fit for both a family stay and business travel in Soreang.
