Grand Tebu Hotel

The service was really helpful and polite, better than five stars. We could walk to famous eateries near jalan riau. If you want to be closer to the viral places, tebu might suit you better, and Grand tebu isn't as congested as tebu. The pool is a good size for kids, though not great for adults. Unfortunately, the aircond wasn't very cool even when we set it to 18, and we were still sweating.

I've stayed at this hotel four times now. The first three stays went well, but this last one was disappointing. I booked a superior room through agoda. The bed size wasn't specified, so I asked for one large bed and a non-smoking room. Usually my requests are no problem, but Mba Tika said agoda had an error and they hadn't received them. I didn't mind getting a twin bed. What bothered me was that she said the room was non-smoking, then I checked in and found myself on a smoking floor. As soon as the lift opened on the 12th floor, cigarette smell hit me. I don't want to be a difficult guest, but why did Mba Tika lie to my face? I requested non-smoking for a reason. I'd just recovered from bronchipneumonia, and I can't handle being a third hand smoker. Does Mba Tika consider that guests may have health problems? Nicotine lingers in walls forever and can't be removed. Does Mba Tika understand the effects of being a third hand smoker? This may sound harsh, but please DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE the effect of nicotine. I don't care if you want to answer with "kAkEk sAyA mErOkOk tP sEhAt sAmPe 97 tAhUn", go open your tik tok and educate yourself. I always book this hotel when I go to bandung. The facilities are good overall, but this is the first time I've been lied to straight to my face. I'm disappointed.

The Loft Room worked really well for our family, with plenty of space, comfort, and all the amenities we needed. Staff kept the limited parking area running smoothly, and the location made it easy to get around the city. Chita was especially friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. Great stay, and I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

The rooftop pool was tiny, more like a kids’ pool, and it shares space with the bar. People kept smoking while lots of children were in the water, which was really bad. There’s also a spa and gym up there. We had a clean, roomy, cool family mezzanine room, though the floor on our level was sticky. Each floor has its own TV. They gave us welcome drinks and cakes in the lobby, and breakfast had plenty of choices, mostly Indonesian food, but it tasted just so-so.
