Buana Tirta Ubud Villa

Made and Kadek made our stay feel easy from the start, even with our very late arrival. They helped us book tours and order dinner, and their cheerful, caring service went well beyond what we'd expected. We had such a good experience that we'll tell our friends and family in Melbourne. These are quality villas, and I'd highly recommend them.

Made and Katek were so helpful, and Made drove us to several places around Ubud. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. Our one-bedroom villa was modern, well kept, and a really nice place to stay. It's a little outside the main part of Ubud, which means it's calmer, and being near north Ubud and the rice terraces was handy. We don't usually return to the same place, but we'd book here in a heartbeat if we came back to Ubud. The villa and the people were a highlight of our trip.

Made's friendliness throughout our stay made the experience, and we're already keen to book again. The villa is beautiful, with lush green surroundings and a quiet feel on the edge of Ubud Centre. Bali Home Cooking Restaurant is just a short walk away, and it's a must for a unique, delicious meal.

For our first visit to Bali, this villa felt like the perfect place to begin. The owner's family welcomed us with so much warmth and care during our whole month there, and we felt lucky to call it our first Balinese home. We woke each day in a lovely green garden with delicious coconuts, then swam in the pool. Breakfast was either made by Komang or prepared by us in the summer kitchen overlooking the koi fish. We're very grateful for that welcome to the island of Gods and would highly recommend the stay. The owner runs two villas. We stayed in villa 1, the one-bedroom villa.
