The location is the one real advantage, right across from Ciwalk Mall, and the staff were friendly. The rooms, linen, and bath towels were dirty, though, and the rooms were in different states of disrepair. The a/c seemed to work in some rooms but not others. We found cockroaches in the first room. The front desk moved us quickly after we told them, but the new room was quite dirty too. Towels in both rooms were dingy and didn’t look clean. The linen in the second room had several obvious stains, and the floor by the entrance was badly damaged. We checked out in under two hours and moved to another hotel. They canceled the charge for the second night we’d booked, but still made us pay for the first night even though we didn’t stay. If you don’t mind a dirty room and the chance of roaches, the location is great. Otherwise, look at other nearby hotels.

Breakfast was marvelous for someone with tekak melayu, so I’d recommend including it in your stay package. The room was clean and tidy, and after three nights here my experience was very pleasant overall. It’s very close to the mall and stalls.

The service and facilities were bad. I wouldn’t recommend this as a place to stay overnight or rest.

The location is great, but my room’s toilet wasn’t clean. The door didn’t work properly and could leave someone stuck outside. Wi-Fi was unstable, one of the lifts was broken, and breakfast didn’t offer many choices.

Cihampelas Walk is close by, which was great for us. We stayed one night after a family trip. The room was standard even though we'd requested a suite, and it had a slight old smell. The pillow smelled a little too.
