High Livin Apartment Pasteur

I paid to rent two units but received only one. They put off and ignored my request to deliver the other one, then didn't refund me for the unit I never got. The furniture was old, and the mattresses were uncomfortable, with old, dirty covers. There was no Wi-Fi, the bathroom wasn't clean, and the basin wouldn't drain. The room with the single bed had no air conditioning either. The staff treated us badly in general.

I won't stay here again or recommend it. When I checked in, the room had a strong burning smell that stayed until evening. I left the door open to air it out all day and bought air fresheners myself, but it still smelled. Management later said previous guests had likely done something that caused the odor. I asked to change rooms because it was uncomfortable. Management kept saying all units were full and only suggested spraying air freshener, even while I could see units being marketed and available on online booking platforms. They offered no real solution beyond an apology. Housekeeping said the unit was clean and ready to reuse, but the smell was still very strong when I moved in. It seems the rooms aren't properly checked before being rented again. The bathroom was poorly maintained, and the worn mattress was uncomfortable and affected my sleep. The way they handled the complaint felt unserious, with more excuses than solutions.

The AC shut off every 15 minutes, and the electricity went out in our room only. The bathroom sink had no running water, and there were animals in the bathroom. I also found fleas on the bed. The admin said parking would cost at most 24 thousand, but it actually cost 50 thousand.

I've stayed at Pasteru apartments often, but I've never dealt with management this terrible. I booked 2 rooms and both were a dud. The mattresses had holes from cigarette butts, the room smelled musty, and the AC was loud but didn't cool. The balcony wouldn't lock, the shower didn't work, the bed frame was dusty, the sheets looked unchanged, and the pillows were flat. I complained to the security guard, the owner, and Agoda, but nobody solved anything. The owner said the AC would be fixed the next morning, but we were there for one night only. It was unfit to live in, like trying to sleep in a sauna, so we moved hotels. They refused a refund. I complained to Agoda, and they denied it all, HAHAHA.
