Hotel Bukit Juanda

The location is good, though weekend traffic was pretty bad, and there were several cats around the property. I was only there briefly, but it was very good value: the room was clean and great for the price. The bathroom was small but very clean. Rooms on the front facing the main street can get noisy at night. There’s free coffee and tea in the lobby 24/7.

The place is clean and cheap, and the design is cute, but the room felt very basic and cold. Even with the AC off, the thin duvet and lack of slippers didn't help. Tea and coffee are free in the lobby, though there's no coffee maker in the room. You get a soap bar and towel, but no shampoo or dental kit. The hot shower worked. Street noise comes through, and I'd pick a terrace room for a better view.

The rooftop has a lovely view across Bandung, and Bukit Juanda Hotel is well placed for getting around. It's a simple, cozy option with a clean room and bathroom and enough basic amenities. If all you need is a pleasant place to sleep for the night, this works really well.

I had a balcony room, and the ambience was nice. The rooms were clean, the space worked well, and there was hot water. Street traffic gets loud, especially on weekends, and there's not much you can do about that.
