Come at your own risk. The rooms were in poor condition and badly maintained. The towels were visibly dirty, with fingerprints and scuff marks, and the sheets were filthy and heavily stained. The shower room had mould, and there was a lizard in the shower 😱. The air conditioning wasn’t strong enough to cool the room, and there was no hair dryer. Only one of the two lifts was working. Breakfast service was poor as well. They said it started at 7am, but very little was ready in the morning, even though the only choices were nasi goreng and mee goreng. The food took a long time to arrive and was cold.

We stayed with family around Christmas. The building looks old despite being listed as built in 2009, and lots of paint is peeling, so it needs maintenance. Our room was very spacious but dusty. When we arrived, the bathroom light and shower were broken and needed replacing, though the room and bathtub were clean. There’s a big swimming pool and a sand play area, plus a mini zoo where you can feed bunnies and some birds. There’s also a children’s playground, though it’s very minimal. We didn’t try the restaurant buffet, but they sold some food near the pool in the morning. I guess it was the same food as the breakfast buffet, and it tasted quite good. What I liked most was that the place is set back from the main road, so the air is fresh and it’s not noisy. If you’re coming to Bandung to relax, it’s worth considering. The view from a high floor is good too, with mountains and Bandung city visible from the balcony.

The pool is large and kid-friendly, with sand and a playground. The food was good, though not excellent. I liked this place overall, especially as it’s quiet, but it’s too quiet to walk around at night. My first impression was that it looked like an old apartment building, and the room felt like a studio, maybe it was meant to be an apartment. It’s big for a fairly low price. Other four-star hotels might charge twice what I paid. The room has a living room and even a microwave. The night view was nice, though I’ve seen better. It’s a good choice if you want somewhere quiet.

The rooms were dirty and smelled bad, with badly stained sheets and towels. There were lots of ants in the kitchen, and no bellboy to help carry your things. Breakfast was limited, and they waited for guests to ask before refilling the food. It feels more like an apartment than a hotel, especially a suite. On the plus side, the water heater worked well, and the swimming pool was fairly clean. They also have family rooms with two separate queen beds and a microwave.

We loved the view from our room on a high floor. It’s a great retreat away from Bandung’s busy traffic, though the height may not suit everyone. The pool was nice, but unheated. Breakfast was average, though fine for a four-star hotel.
