The food at Novotel Bandung was delicious, with plenty of variety and great flavor. Mba Salsa made the stay even better: she was kind, friendly, and attentive, and made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout. It was a very pleasant stay, and I’d definitely recommend Novotel Bandung.

Food is easy to find nearby, and the hotel itself is in a strategic spot. Our upgraded room was spacious enough for a family and quite good, although it smelled of smoke. The food was okay but nothing special. Please work on the food quality and the room’s scent.

The staff were welcoming, but the service itself felt minimal and not very warm. Breakfast choices were very limited, and the service came across as stingy. My room was old and disappointingly dirty, with hair everywhere and faucets smeared with what seemed to be moisturizer from the previous guest. The sink kept clogging too.

I can finally sleep without being woken at 2 a.m. by a motorcycle. After trying a few other Bandung hotels where loud bikes or trains kept waking me up, I gave Novotel a try and am glad I did. It has some of the best sound insulation I’ve found here. The bed is comfortable, the room is clean, and it’s quiet.

For a short visit, this was a good stay. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and an acceptable size, not too big or too small, though it feels a little old. Parking could be tricky when it’s crowded. The location is great, right downtown and close to lots of things.
