OYO 3406 Pandu Prima Guest House

A nice place.

Be careful booking this guest house through OYO. On October 27, 2023, I booked and paid through the app using BCA Virtual. It showed the room type and availability, but when we arrived, a man casually told us the rooms were full. I pointed out that the app hadn't said that, and he told me to complain to OYO. I asked how they could offer me a chicken coop when the room was full, and he replied that the room was full. I was close to getting angry, but it felt like a waste of energy, so I left. I later found out that someone else had the same problem at the same time through Traveloka, sorry for mentioning the app. The man at the hotel, named Panji, said several people had come in with the same issue. This is serious, with so many transfers involved. OYO told me the money would be returned to GoPay after 14 business days, while half of the remaining funds would stay with OYO for a future hotel booking. My friends had traveled all the way from Pekanbaru with my daughter, and we'd already paid. We arrived to find there was no room. I don't have any family in Bandung, and I won't get into what happened next for my daughter and me. I don't want to book through that app again; it could happen just like the first time and cost me a lot more. I hope my experience can be a lesson to others. Don't let yourself get fooled, guys.

The front desk isn't a place for socializing. Staff should guide cars into the parking area properly, and if carelessness while directing parking damages a vehicle, they should apologize to the guest. Please make guests feel comfortable.
