The receptionist was kind and helpful, and they let us leave our luggage there for free before check-in and after check-out. There’s motorcycle parking too. The rooms were neat and clean, with AC, a water heater, TV, and bottled water. The place has a luxury dorm kind of look, while the rates are affordable and the service is great. The location is convenient.

The location is good and the rooms are decent, but two of the three rooms we booked had cleanliness problems. Their shower heads were broken and the soap dispensers were empty. I complained to reception and then contacted reddoorz directly, but neither did anything. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, or any reddoorz property, because their customer service is so inefficient.

We spent two days at point phila and didn't look for another budget hotel. Coming from Jakarta to bandung with love. The location was quiete circling because cihampelas street are one way trough. The staff were very nice, and the wifi and tv were okay. The water heater was superb!!!!! If you're staying in the standard room on the 2nd floor, enjoy their latest shower. No more words, please enjoy the picture.
