For what we paid, this was a great guesthouse. The service stood out most. We arrived in the morning and were told the rooms wouldn’t be ready until check-in, which was fine since we only wanted to make sure our names were on the list 😅. When we came back that evening, the rooms were already cool and the TV was on. After a long drive, that was such a nice welcome. The staff even guided our car into a parking space and offered to carry our bags. Maybe that’s standard at an expensive hotel, but at this rate it felt top-notch. The AC was freezing, the water heater worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi reached most rooms. The staff really went above and beyond. Two thumbs up for the akang 😁

This was way below what I expected, and the service was really bad, sorry to say. One of my worst experiences. While I was showering, the water suddenly stopped, so I couldn’t finish. My partner tried to report it to management, but the person in charge wasn’t around and nobody came to fix the problem. I had to finish using the mineral water provided. When the guy finally arrived, I thought it would be sorted out, but other guests were complaining about the same issue too. For improvement, they should install a water tank to make sure there’s enough water for operations, and check that the water is clean and clear.
