The corridor was clean, though the lobby was a little dirty. Only one elevator was working, and the lift token wasn't working.

The location and the apartment area seem worth the price to me, but I'm frustrated by what happened in the parking area. I checked in on May 2nd at 8:29 PM and checked out at 12:00 PM on May 3rd. My helmet was clearly visible on CCTV, yet when I asked them to review the footage, I was told it couldn't be rewound. If the helmet is left on the motorbike, maybe losing it is our responsibility, but surely the footage could still help. I wonder if they simply don't care about incidents like this. There was more than one parking attendant, but none seemed willing to check or keep an eye on that spot. By the time I checked out, they were no longer there. I'm not blaming the apartment or anyone else, but the basement parking attendants should do their jobs. Please tighten up security in the parking area a bit. Thank you.
