Ten Eleven Parahyangan Residence

We had a comfortable stay on the 20th floor of Papandayan Tower. I was with my family in a three-bedroom room, which had complete amenities, including cooking utensils. Check-in was easy, the service was great, and access to the main road was convenient. Too bad we only had one day in Bandung.

I was disappointed by the stay at Ten-Eleven. The amenities in room No. 1044AA fell short, and the poorly maintained restroom reflects badly on Ten-Eleven's management. The listing says there's a kitchenette, but gas is only available for monthly rentals. That restriction should have been mentioned in the facilities information. For two- or three-bedroom rooms, there should be a water dispenser or kettle with mineral water. Those are available on request, but guests shouldn't have to ask. There were only two small drinking glasses, which doesn't suit the room's capacity. Please provide enough small glasses and add two larger ones for tea or coffee. The living-room sofa was also too small for the room, with seating for just two people even though this wasn't a studio. Repairs to the bathroom platform looked messy. The faucet, shower, and soap dish were rusty, showing poor upkeep. It's a shame the room and bathroom interiors don't live up to the Parayangan Residence building's exterior and strategic location. A competent person should review the room interiors and bathrooms to make sure they meet basic standards for capacity and comfort. Room equipment standards and management checks before check-in should improve so amenities are ready. Inspections and maintenance, including bathroom cleaning after checkout, need to be better supervised. That also means checking that wardrobe doors are secure, TV cables don't come loose easily, and faucets and showers are clean and rust-free. I hope this feedback helps.

The hotel has a pool, minimarket, and laundry service, which made the stay comfortable. It's close to downtown Bandung and to the tourist areas of Lembang and Punclut.
