The 1O1 Bandung Dago

I stayed two nights at 101 Dago and ran into some technical problems at check-in: the TV channels and internet weren’t working properly. Engineering checked them twice and eventually got them fixed, which I appreciate. Still, reliable internet matters to me, and this property didn’t feel like a four-star hotel, even over a basic facility like the connection. Andika, one of the waiters, really made the stay memorable. He was warm, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure things were right. Everyone else we met was professional and kind too. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed, and the breakfast had plenty of delicious choices. I had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would gladly return to THE 1O1 Bandung.

Akbar deserves a special mention for his warm manner and hospitality. He made our meal at the restaurant even better, where the service was excellent. Breakfast had a good range and tasted great. The check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was clean, modern, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for work or a holiday. THE 1O1 Hotel Bandung Dago is well located in the heart of Dago, near cafes, factory outlets, and good places to eat. It’s good value, with professional service and consistent quality, and I’d stay again.

We had a lovely stay in a cozy, pleasant atmosphere. Each guest gets a dedicated assistant who’s easy to reach on WhatsApp and ready to help during the visit. The central Bandung location is great, with popular sights and cafes nearby. At night, though, motorcycle traffic can be noisy, especially in a first-floor room. Better sound insulation would help reduce the disturbance. Thank you.
