I’ve chosen this hotel several times because it’s generally comfortable, but during my 3-day stay the same problems came up again. The toilet had leaks and weak water pressure, which made things less pleasant. Breakfast was a real disappointment. There wasn’t much variety, the taste was below an acceptable standard, and I felt unwell afterward. For a hotel at this level, I expected better. I hope management takes this seriously and improves food quality, variety, hygiene, and basic maintenance.

The location is prime, and the staff were excellent. I liked the breakfast too, although it was a bit salty. The room smelled dusty, so I think the carpet needs replacing. Staff did an extra vacuum, but the smell still stuck around, even on my clothes. The coffee was crap.

Close to the souvenir center and Saparua sports area, and I’m sure I’ll come back on another Bandung trip. The hotel has a lovely boutique feel, with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly, quick service. There’s a pool, not very big, but enough for children to have a good swim. Breakfast has a fairly good selection too.
