The breakfast was the highlight for me, with lots of dishes from different countries, including pasta, pizza, dim sum, hummus, sushi, satay, and porridge. The dining area was spacious and pleasant, with an outdoor section too. The pool is fairly large and has a separate children's pool. My room was spacious and comfortable, the amenities were good, and the TV, shower, curtains, and AC all worked well. Check-in was easy, and they offered me a drink while I waited. The lobby is a bit small, probably because of the limited space, but I didn't mind. It's a very nice, luxurious hotel right beside the Trans Studio Mall. I was very happy with my short stay.

Having the mall right next door made it easy to find meals and essentials, and the whole stay was delightful for our family. The attentive staff took care of our needs and made everything stress-free from check-in through checkout. The facilities were top-tier and well-maintained, reflecting the value of the stay. We had an excellent stay at The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung. It's a fantastic staycation choice, especially when traveling with a toodler, and we look forward to coming back.

Every staff member greeted us with a lovely smile, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was cleaned every day, and it was really, really clean. They always replaced the towels, and although we left our things scattered around, nothing was missing, not even a small coin. Everything smelled fresh. There are lots of good places nearby in Bandung, and everything was worth the money.

We love how convenient the location is, in the same complex as Trans Studio Mall Bandung. Our child especially enjoyed the warm pool and the white sandy area where kids can play comfortably. Breakfast was lovely, with enough choices and good food, but the service made it even nicer. Mr. Widianto was warm and attentive, and gave our child a teddy bear. It was a simple gesture that meant a lot. This wasn't our first stay, and the spacious, clean, comfortable, well-maintained room was once again perfect for a little family getaway. The facilities are a big plus, and this is definitely one of our favorite places to stay in Bandung. 😊🥰☺️🙏

Having the hotel joined directly to a mall made quick shopping trips easy, and there's a nearby mosque too. After busy days on my 4 days and 3 nights in Bandung, I loved coming back to the comfortable bed. The hotel felt elegant and posh, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety. Staff were always helpful and friendly. Cleanliness was 10/10, with fresh, spotless sheets, and I especially liked the smart curtain opener, a small touch that made a big difference. I had a wonderful stay with excellent service and would return. If you're staying in Bandung and want to treat yourself or your family, I highly recommend it. ❤️
