Zodiak at Kebon Jati Hotel

If you're visiting Bandung to shop, this hotel is a good pick. The shopping area is just across the road, right behind the building, with clothes, souvenirs, and other things to buy. There's plenty of food around there too. The hotel is very cheap and easy to book through hotel apps. The room is big enough for two to four people, and the bed is so comfy. Love it 🥰👍❤

It was handy for catching another train the next day since the hotel is near Bandung Train Station. The price is cheap, but the bedroom and bathroom are small, and the old interior and amenities could be better. When I checked into the room, there was a strange smell.

The receptionist was very friendly when we arrived for our one-night stay at Zodiak @kebonjati. I was just looking for a budget place to sleep, but the room had a few issues. The manual-key door was hard to open, so we went back downstairs to complain. The receptionist called another staff member, who helped us and showed us a trick for opening it. The bathroom was very small, with barely any room between the sink and shower, and there was a stain below the toilet. No toothbrush or toothpaste were provided. There was no cable TV, just local channels with poor picture quality, and I think the bedside lamp was broken. The Wi-Fi was good, at least. I'd think twice before picking it over the hotel next door.

It can be a hit-or-miss stay. Mine had a narrow room, old sheets, a slippery bathroom floor, and breakfast that wasn't appetizing. They make do with what they have, and the price reflects that, but you should keep that in mind.
