Family Inn Hotel

This was my first time in M Bangko, and I stayed two nights. The hotel seems like the best option in Bangko for a hotel stay or a stopover, and I’d recommend it. Good luck to Family Inn M Bangko Jambi, and keep looking after customer satisfaction. The staff were polite, the receptionist and crew responded quickly when I needed help or information, and security seemed fine. I left a bag with valuable things in the breakfast room for 30 minutes, and it was still there with nothing changed. I really appreciated that. Parking, accessibility, and the room access were okay, though finding room 218 was a little confusing. Water was clean with decent pressure; Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and lighting were fair or okay. Breakfast was fair too. A few things need attention: the basin, wall mirror, and bathroom could be cleaner, and the shower needs work. The white bed cover needs more care as well. There was a bad smell in the hallway to room 215, especially at night and early in the morning.
