RedDoorz Syariah near Jalan A Yani KM 8 Citraland

I stayed last month and only just got around to leaving a review. On my first visit, the service was just B. I was put on the third floor, where the AC wasn't cold at all. Then it shut off and wouldn't come back on because the remote was broken.

The bathroom was fairly clean, but the hot water didn't work. The mattress and pillows were soft and comfortable, and the room had a TV, AC, and balcony. We booked a family room through Agoda for under 200,000 Rupiah, with two beds, and it was enough for three adults and two children. We were on the third floor, and the stairs are very steep. There's a prayer room among the public facilities. The location is quite convenient, with an Indomaret and an Alfamart across the alley.

The mattress hadn't been washed and made me itchy, the AC wasn't cold, the Wi-Fi was so slow I was better off using mobile data, and the bathroom smelled. The parking area was chaotic and hard to get out of, and the security guard didn't maintain it. Even checking in was a hassle, with a white-haired old man asking me questions from A to Z. I didn't feel comfortable staying here. Think twice, since this place could ruin your vacation. The service was very bad, and when I said the AC wasn't cold, the response was just B.

The room smelled musty, and although I booked through the app expecting a third-floor room with a balcony, they put me on the second floor. The AC was hot and didn't cool, and the water heater was there but didn't work, so there was no hot water. There wasn't even a trash can. Booking on the app was more expensive too. I'm fed up and won't stay here a second time.
